Simply Food store in Newton Mearns
Marks & Spencer’s re-designed Simply Food store in Newton Mearns was unveiled today, Friday 31st March at 9am, with a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony. A day of celebrations followed with live music from a three-piece band and champagne and food tastings.
Cutting edge architectural design gives the 15,000 sq ft store a fresh, modern look, whilst sophisticated black flooring, new shelving and contemporary lighting enhance the display of products. Wider aisles and new signage make the store easier to navigate.
Virginia Brannigan, Store Manager, said: “We are delighted to be unveiling our new store today. It has been a fantastic re-opening and the store looks great. Customers have already commented on how much they like it and we’re looking forward to serving them.”
The re-designed Marks & Spencer Simply Food store will stock over 3,500quality products, including: fresh produce, ready meals, sandwiches, salads, snacks, flowers and a selection of wine. There is also an in-store Bakery, which offers a range of pastries, cakes and crusty breads freshly baked each day.
Along with the wide assortment of food and drinks available in store, customers can also select from the fantastic range of per una clothing and accessories, as well as a range of gift cards and wrap, hosiery and beauty products.
